Company Profile

The name 'Loxley' originated in 1988 as a kennel name, initially to show and breed Golden Retrievers which we did successfully over the following decade. We used the name 'Loxley' in the creation of 'Loxley Personnel Consultancy', providing services to both the small and large business users and eventually to 'Loxley Incorporated' based in Florida, USA.

The success of the consultancy by Mary Rutter and the attendant IT support functions and Web Site design provided by Alan Rutter meant that the business was able to expand into divergent area's in the following years.

In 1992 our property investments in the UK took over a block of 3 derelict miners cottages in Cornwall and turned them into a large single dwelling which was used successfully as a holiday rental for the next 9 years.

In year 2000 the first of our overseas property investments came to fruition and in 2001 went into full scale operation as 'Exclusive Florida Villa's' vacation rentals in the Florida Gulf Coast region along with the attendent 'While Your Away' Home Management Services'.

Alan still has an IT support interest but his background of 30 years in aviation still shows through with his recent aviation consultancy for the aerospace after market in charge of Europe, Africa & the Middle East and currently as global account director for the leading avaiation safety managent company. Mary on the other hand, Still has her HR Consultancy and is currently on assignment with a major Data Storage organisation in the City of London.

Now in 2009 we continue our business ventures to where we are today, a divergent and adaptable company providing products and services to several different industries.
